Hi, I'm Mads
I'm a biologist, nutrition coach & certified teacher who has always been fascinated with how the human body works!
Despite this, it wasn't until experiencing my own health struggles with PCOS and severe adult acne, that I began to focus my attention and research on what happens when the body is not working properly.
It has become more evident to me now than ever that:

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the time commitment each week?
Minimum 1 hour to watch the video (usually around 45 minutes) and complete the workbook questions. The workbooks do not involve reading big pages, they just provide you a space for your activities and answers. On top of this, you can spend as much time as you like going as deep into each module and the bonus resources as you feel you want to.
Do the modules still apply for international students?
They sure do! As well as Australia, we have students from America, Canada, UK, Europe, India, New Zealand and counting! This program teaches you universal health foundations and can be applied anywhere around the world.
What symptoms can be addressed through this course?
I have helped clients with a range of health concerns including but not limited to acne, fatigue, anxiety, eczema, IBS, bloating, eating disorders, low mood, stress, overwhelm, PCOS, and more! This course teaches the universal health foundations in a NEW framework. If you are struggling with your physical or mental health in any way this course can help.
Can the program still be effective without the coaching calls?
Absolutely! The video modules are what has gotten each of my students the incredible results and breakthroughs. The coaching calls are just the cherry on top if you want someone to bounce ideas off, ask very specific questions, motivate you, be your biggest cheerleader, shower you with love and support, and offer you a different perspective.
Is there an option to still pair the program with coaching calls?
Yes! Students will be able to purchase and schedule coaching calls from within the course. The coaching will be HEAVILY discounted for students of THG as opposed to people who are not part of the course.
Do I need to do the modules in order and can I fast track the course and complete it faster than in 8 weeks?
While I did have the option to make each previous module compulsary for the next, because we are all adults I have chosen to give you the freedom to do whatever you wish. In saying that, if you want the best results I HIGHLY recommend that you do the modules in order and that you stick to one module per week (otherwise you won't be giving yourself a decent week to practice putting your new healthy habits into place before learning the next module of habits).
